| Known issue: |
|
Existing Intermittent Communication Loss Between Taurus TPX and HDMI TPX-RX Units
In some deployments, a loss of communication has been observed between Taurus TPX transmitters and HDMI TPX-RX receivers after prolonged operation. This may result in temporary signal interruptions or device unresponsiveness.
The issue is believed to be related to a low-level synchronization anomaly in the link layer between the transmitter and receiver.
Workaround: A power cycle of the receiver typically restores operation. We recommend monitoring for updates, as a firmware fix is currently under development and will be included in an upcoming release.
